Kundalini Yoga promotes health, happiness and spiritual awareness. It is a complete science that combines postures (asanas), movement, sound currents (mantras), breathing (pranayam) and meditation.
Powerful breathing (Pranayama) combined with kriyas (Exercises) followed by deep relaxation through meditation and sound is a Natural Medicine that nourishes the body/ mind/ spirit and all energy systems.
The kriyas work on strengthening your nervous system, balancing your glandular system, purifying the body and calming the mind.
Within the practice are built-in moments of stillness where we sit quietly and deepen our connection to ourselves and our community.
